Few key dates from history prove how this family-run vineyard has achieved a reputation for quality and great wines :
• In 1935, the Château Dauphiné-Rondillon 1931 was sold at the same rank as Château Pétrus 1931
• In 1952, Château Dauphiné-Rondillon entered the cellar of the French Presidency, "L’Elysée"
Today this success family is managed by a young team with the help of the ancient generation
Paul Bocuse, Michelin Star French Chef, linked to our family, is supporting us and our fine wines
Quality is a key word in our vineyard and we do our best to improve it being aware of new technologies thanks in particular to the research driven by the "Institut d’Oenologie de Bordeaux".
We are very respectful of the environment by working according to the "lutte raisonnée" or sustainable agriculture. The vines are driven to small yields with an optimum ripeness of the crop based on vigilant study and analysis of the grapes during harvest time
