Good acidity, very well balanced with a very clean and smooth finish. A very nice Bordeaux dry white blending to serve with avocado.

| Raspberry colour. Fruity nose with fresh red fruits (cherry, rawsberry, cranberry).
Soft attack with a good balance of the acidity with english sweet taste.
Nice finish on red fruits notes.

| Dark cherry colour. Fruity and musky nose with fresh red fruits (cherry, raspberry, cranberry) and jammy prunes. Good attack, round and fruity with soft tannins. Final round and well balanced |

| Yellow gold colour. Intense and rich nose of Botrytis, honey, fresh fruits such as citrus, apricots, peaches and orange notes. Round and very concentrated palate with fresh fruits tones. Good complexity with a very harmonious palate. |
| This noble late harvest wine can be served as an aperitif, with blue cheese, veal, pork, chicken and even on slightly acid desserts.
